Responsibilities include and not limited as below
Support and Training: SAP Analyst will provide first-level support to end users, Helping them to resolve
Issues and answering questions, SAP analyst will also train new users and ensure that everyone is using the System correctly.
Subject Matter Expertise: SAP Analyst will be expert in a specific area, such as SAP SD and supply chain Management, They have in-depth knowledge of the business processes, and how these processes are implemented in SAP and sub-systems and integration with our 3PL(s).
Testing and Validation: During system upgrades and S/4 HANA implementations SAP Analyst is responsible for Testing and validating the changes to ensure they meet RNA business requirements.
Process Improvement: SAP Analyst will identify opportunities for process improvements and work with the OIS/CIP team to implement these changes in SAP.
Communication: Acting as a liaison between the functional business owners and IT department , communicate issues, solution proposals and updates effectively. Communicates with our Global IT team.
Documentation: They maintain documentation of processes, configurations, and any changes made to the SAP system.
Project Management : SAP Analyst should be able to handle Projects and small tasks, they make sure project timeline are maintained and work to complete projects/Tasks onetime, they will co-ordinate with IT/Business users and make sure right solutions are provided.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or closely related discipline
Experience
Minimum 3-5 years SAP ERP experience required.

- In-depth understanding of the business processes related to SAP module like SAP SD, Master data and supply chain
- Hands-on experience with SAP IDOCS
- EDI knowledge with experience in integration
- Integration experience of multiple systems (e.g. 3rd party WMS)
- Ability to troubleshoot Production issues and provide effective solutions.
- Experience in training users and providing support, create SOP’s for end users.
- Document business requirements, process flows, interface requirements, and test interfaces
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise between business users and OIS.
- This position is based in Portsmouth, NH and will be required to be in office as per RNA policy.
- Ability to travel, also internationally
- Experience with S/4 HANA - nice to have.
