Ravenwood Health, a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team as a pioneer on our mission to provide high-quality, data-informed behavioral healthcare to Geauga County and the surrounding community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Ravenwood’s leadership team to integrate “data-driven” mindset into agency work culture
- Facilitate trainings for stakeholders and agency staff on data literacy and related topics
- Create compelling data visualizations to communicate complex information clearly and effectively using appropriate visualization tools
- Develop and manage a comprehensive data warehouse to streamline data access and reporting
- Develop and validate reporting data and facilitate quality control procedures to ensure data accuracy
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform clinical and operational strategies and identify meaningful trends
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support continuous improvement of service delivery
- Optimize data processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy of outcome reporting systems
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Familiarity with healthcare regulatory requirements and data privacy laws
- Demonstrates strong analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Experience or understanding of behavioral healthcare settings/services strongly preferred
- Exhibits professionalism, maturity, and respect in interactions with clients, staff, and stakeholders.
- Possesses strong written and organizational skills and can work effectively in a team-based environment.
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- 2 years’ experience with healthcare data management including experience with healthcare data standards.
- Proficient in relevant data analysis languages, tools, and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, Data Visualization).
