Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics and database design, with the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights. This role involves working with various data sources, utilizing tools such as Power BI, and applying analytical techniques to support decision-making processes within the organization.
Duties
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business strategies.
- Design and maintain databases to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.
- Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI to present findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
- Utilize VBA for automating repetitive tasks and improving data processing efficiency.
- Monitor server performance and ensure data integrity across linked data systems.
- Participate in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) by providing input on data requirements and testing.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in analytics to continuously improve processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in analytics with a strong understanding of database design principles.
- Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
- Familiarity with linked data concepts and their applications in analytics.
- Experience with VBA for automation tasks is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to learning new tools and technologies related to data analysis.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
