What You’ll Do:
As the Customer Service Lead, you’ll be the go-to person for all things customer service. Here’s a glimpse at your daily adventures:
- Data Whisperer: Gather customer data and build insightful reports that keep everyone in the loop.
- Communication Champion: Manage incoming calls and customer inquiries via phone, email, and CRM, keeping our customers happy and well-informed.
- Team Leader: Support and manage day-to-day operations of a small but mighty customer service team.
- Sales Supporter: Work directly with outside dealers, retail locations, and internal teams to drive sales and maintain top-tier customer satisfaction.
- Problem Solver: Handle escalations, manage reverse logistics, and collaborate with our warranty and returns department like a pro.
- ERP & CRM Guru: Generate and manage sales orders using our ERP system and oversee CRM functions to keep everything running smoothly.
- Customer Experience Expert: Conduct ongoing customer-needs analysis, help craft SOPs and call scripts, and continuously improve our processes.
What We’re Looking For:
We need a Customer Service Lead who’s not only experienced but also ready to jump in with energy and leadership skills. Here’s what you’ll bring to the table:
- Experience: 5-6 years of customer service experience (preferably in a leadership role).
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; postsecondary education is a plus.
- Microsoft Mastery: Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a must.
- Organizational Ninja: Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks like a pro.
- Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy building strong relationships.
- Problem-Solving Powerhouse: Exceptional skills in tackling challenges with grace and efficiency.
- Customer Care Rockstar: A passion for helping others and providing world-class service.
Physical Demands:
