Raw Rations Pet Food & Wellness in Dubuque, IA is looking for one cashier to join our team. We are located on 2600 Dodge Street C1. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and hard-working.
Must be comfortable speaking with customers and willing to learn about our brands and concepts. Our business is built on providing in-depth personal experiences to our customers on clean feeding and high quality supplies for dogs and cats. This position is 1-3 shifts per week with Sundays required. Our ideal candidate is a dog or cat enthusiast who enjoys helping peoples' pets live a long healthy life.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers entering and leaving the business
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area
- Accurately process all cash and credit payments
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Be knowledgeable in our brands and able to provide feeding recommendations
- Restock products as they sell
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Stand for 8 hours
Qualifications
- Proven working experience in customer service or applicable job
- Dog or cat enthusiast strongly preferred
- Basic mathematical skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts on Sundays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Compensation is $16.00 - $20.00/hour.
