THE ROLE
The day-to-day role for this position will include the following tasks:
- Overseeing full P&L responsibility for the business
- Driving the transition from commercial electrical services to an expanded residential HVAC business
- Implementing Service Titan and Sage Intacct systems
- Managing change within the organization, ensuring cultural and operational alignment
- Leading and mentoring the leadership team to ensure long-term stability and performance
- Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including commercial partners and builders

The successful individual will be able to demonstrate experience in the following:

- Experience leading and managing teams through transformation
- Deep understanding of financial operations and business growth strategies
- Private equity experience, with an ability to operate in fast-moving, growth-driven environments
- A track record of successfully navigating organized chaos and driving business expansion
