THE ROLE
The day-to-day role for this position will include the following tasks:
- Full accountability for P&L, marketing, and overall operations.
- Implementing a turnaround strategy to drive revenue growth.

- Utilizing shared resources such as HR and marketing partners.
- Ensuring high accountability for operational and financial KPIs.

- Experience in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services within the residential sector.
- Financial acumen and the ability to manage key performance metrics.
- Ability to train and develop teams based on KPI-driven performance.
- Proven track record of executing turnaround strategies and increasing profitability.

COMPENSATION PACKAGE
Basic Salary: $180,000 - $210,000
Bonus Package: 50% on EBITDA targets, with OTE up to 100% if targets are exceeded.
Equity: Long-term incentive plan based on EBITDA performance, with potential for a seven-figure payout.
