Currently generating $12M in revenue and $2M in EBITDA, the company aims to scale to $30M in revenue by optimizing its average ticket and plumbing operations. A transition to modern operational systems is underway, including implementing new service and accounting software by April 1st to enhance efficiency and profitability.

THE ROLE

The day-to-day role for this position will include the following tasks:

• Lead and own full P&L responsibility for the branch.
• Oversee marketing strategy and customer acquisition to drive lead generation.
• Ensure operational software implementation is completed and utilized effectively.
• Establish performance metrics and KPIs to track and drive profitability.
• Provide leadership to the operations team and directly manage 8 employees (total workforce: 40).
• Drive expansion in HVAC and electrical services, increasing market share.
• Implement change management strategies to modernize business practices.

• Full autonomy to run the branch with shared resources (HR, Marketing, etc.).

YOUR BACKGROUND

The successful individual will be able to demonstrate experience in the following:

• Full P&L experience running a branch or business.
• Experience in plumbing and HVAC, ideally stronger in plumbing.
• Sales and marketing expertise with a focus on customer acquisition.
• Financial acumen and ability to drive performance through KPIs.
• Experience leading through change and implementing operational software.

COMPENSATION PACKAGE

Basic Salary: $180,000 - $210,000

Bonus: 50% on EBITDA targets, with potential OTE up to 100% if targets are exceeded

Equity: Long-term incentive plan based on EBITDA performance.
