As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Influencer Manager to join our team and help expand our presence in the fitness industry.

Position Overview:
The Influencer Manager will oversee the development and execution of influencer partnerships to strengthen RAW Nutrition’s digital presence and align with our brand values. This individual will work closely with high-level influencers, including athletes and fitness personalities, to create impactful relationships and campaigns. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the fitness industry, proven experience managing influencer collaborations, and a strong background in digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Influencer Partnerships: Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with influencers in the fitness and sports industry, ensuring alignment with RAW Nutrition’s brand ethos and values.
• Campaign Development: Collaborate with influencers to develop and execute creative campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
• Contract Negotiation: Oversee contract discussions, ensuring deliverables, timelines, and compensation align with company goals and budgets.
• Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on the success of influencer campaigns, using data to optimize partnerships and strategies.
• Brand Representation: Act as a key representative of RAW Nutrition, building strong, authentic relationships with influencers that reflect our mission of transparency and authenticity.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to integrate influencer strategies into broader digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email, and content campaigns.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging influencers, and digital marketing best practices to keep RAW Nutrition ahead of the curve.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably within the fitness, sports, or health industries.
• Digital Marketing Expertise: Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including social media, content creation, and analytics.
• Relationship Management: Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with high-level influencers and athletes.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the fitness and sports nutrition space, including trends, key players, and target audiences.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to represent the brand professionally and authentically.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in tracking and analyzing campaign performance metrics to inform future strategies.
• Passion for Fitness: A personal passion for fitness, health, or sports is a strong plus.
