Position Summary:
As a Barista & Cashier, you’ll bring warmth and friendliness to every interaction, helping our guests feel welcome. You’ll learn to prepare delicious drinks, handle transactions, and keep our space inviting. If you have a great attitude and a willingness to learn, we’d love to see you apply—no experience required!
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet and engage with customers, provide recommendations, and ensure a memorable experience.
- Barista Duties: Learn to prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty drinks with training and guidance from our experienced team.
- Cashiering: Process orders and transactions with accuracy and a friendly demeanor.
- Product Knowledge: Become familiar with menu items and help guide customers to choices they’ll love.
- Cleanliness and Maintenance: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Teamwork: Work together to create a positive, efficient, and enjoyable environment for everyone.
Qualifications:
- A positive attitude and a genuine love for interacting with people

- Basic math skills are a plus, but we can teach you!
