Job Duties
- Sewing multiple layers of leather together to form a complete headcover
- Knowledge on changing needles, thread, oiling, bobbins, etc.
- Meets daily and weekly deadlines
- Collaborates well with peers from other departments
- Be able to take constructive feedback
- Perform other duties as necessary
- Self-motivated to learn new techniques, skills, and crafting
- Willing to share ideas, feedback with the team
Skills & Requirements
- 2 years of sewing experience
- Experience and familiarity with industrial sewing machines with walking foot
- Owning your own industrial walking foot machine would be a major asset
- Deep understanding of sewing, fabrics, glues, crafting
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Our manufacturing center is in Huntsville - so being nearby is also required.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
