Job Purpose
Oversees regional outpatient therapy services by ensuring compliance with state licensing and Medicaid assistance requirements, providing clinical supervision, evaluating program effectiveness, implementing improvements, delivering therapeutic services, and expanding Rawhide’s outreach and client base through community engagement and referrals.
Essential Functions
- Provides clinical supervision to therapist staff and oversees regional outpatient mental health services
- Ensures outpatient therapy treatment plans align with state licensing regulations, Medicaid assistance requirements, and Rawhide policies
- Provides therapeutic services to clients, including assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and counseling
- Maintains clinical record-keeping and ensures compliance with insurance authorization processes
- Engages in community outreach and partnerships to expand Rawhide’s outpatient programs and services
Job Responsibilities
- Clinical Supervision & Program Oversight
- Provides supervision, mentorship, and oversight to outpatient therapists, ensuring high-quality client care and professional development
- Supports staff training and development in outpatient mental health services, including compliance with DHS 35 standards
- Conducts case consultations and reviews to guide therapeutic approaches and ensure program consistency
- Therapeutic Services & Client Engagement
- Completes psychosocial assessments, treatment planning, and discharge planning for clients
- Provides individual, group, and family therapy within Rawhide’s outpatient programs
- Makes appropriate referrals to additional services and collaborates with external providers
- Program Development & Quality Assurance
- Evaluates program effectiveness and implements improvements based on data collection and clinical best practices
- Ensures proper documentation, record retention, and compliance with all licensing and Medicaid regulations
- Develops and coordinates in-service training programs for clinical staff
- Community Outreach & Referral Expansion
- Builds relationships with EAP programs, schools, medical facilities, government agencies, churches, businesses, and community organizations to expand client referrals
- Conducts educational workshops, training sessions, and community presentations to increase awareness of Rawhide’s services
- Assists in the development of new therapeutic programs and services based on community needs

Qualifications
Qualifications
- Fully licensed LPC, LMFT, or LCSW
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical supervisory experience preferred
- Experience in diagnosing and treating a wide range of mental health issues
- Ability to provide quality individual, group, and/or family therapy
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Working Conditions
- Office-based and community-based work environments with occasional travel for outreach and collaboration
- Regular client-facing responsibilities, including individual and group therapy sessions
- May require occasional evening or weekend hours to accommodate client and community needs
Qualifications
