What You’ll Do
- Therapeutic Engagement: Provide individualized therapy services, including equine-assisted therapy, trauma-informed care, play therapy, and group therapy to youth and their families.
- Continuous Growth: Engage in ongoing clinical supervision and consultation, continuously developing your skills and staying at the forefront of therapeutic practices.
- Record Keeping: Maintain precise and confidential clinical records, and collaborate with the administrative, billing, and credentialing teams to handle insurance paperwork efficiently.
- Collaboration: Work in a supportive, team-oriented clinic environment that emphasizes collaboration, professional development, and a shared commitment to helping our clients thrive.
- Educational Foundation: You have a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
- Professional Certification: You are insurance billable with credentials such as LPC, LPC-IT, LCSW, LMFT, or APSW.
- Clinical Expertise: You have experience diagnosing and treating a wide range of mental health issues and are dedicated to providing quality individual, group, and family therapy.
- Collaborative Spirit: You thrive in a collaborative environment and value teamwork as a path to success.
- Communication Skills: Your verbal and written communication skills are excellent, enabling you to effectively connect with clients, families, and colleagues.
- Mobility: You hold a valid driver’s license and are ready to work at our clinic locations that incorporate equine-assisted therapy.
