Summary :
The Artist Hospitality Coordinator is responsible for ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for artists and their teams during events. This role involves coordinating hospitality needs, handling logistics, and maintaining a high standard of service to meet artist expectations. The position requires strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of artist relations in a live event environment.
Responsibilities :
Hospitality & Logistics :
- Act as the primary on-site point of contact for artists and their teams.
- Coordinate all hospitality needs, including meals, catering, and amenities.
- Ensure dressing rooms are set up, stocked, clean, and aligned with artist riders.
- Purchase and manage items requested on artist hospitality riders.
- Organize and maintain backstage areas to meet cleanliness and comfort standards.
