Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Attorney to join our team, specializing in Workers' Compensation defense litigation. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to work on challenging cases while enjoying the flexibility of working from home.
Key Responsibilities:
· Represent clients in Workers' Compensation defense cases
· Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies
· Draft legal documents, including motions and briefs
· Attend hearings and mediations (virtually when possible)
· Collaborate with team members and clients remotely
Qualifications:
· Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
· Active bar admission in New York for a minimum of 5 years
· Workers' Compensation experience preferred, but not required
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Proficiency in legal research and case management software
· Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
Location:
This is a fully remote position. Applicants must reside in New York, Delaware, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, or West Virginia.
