What are the responsibilities and job description for the Paralegal -Workers Compensation position at Rawle & Henderson LLP?
RAWLE & HENDERSON LLP seeks a Paralegal with at least one year of insurance defense experience for our Workers Compensation Department in our Philadelphia office.
Primary responsibilities include: compiling evidence and supporting information; reviewing and responding to case developments; prepares legal documents for attorney's approval and use; maintains database; maintains technical knowledge and contributes to team effort. Working closely with attorneys to resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Candidates must have high attention to detail, dependability and a desire to learn.
Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate and a minimum of one year of insurance defense and WICAS experience required. Must be proficient in MS office applications (Word, Excel).
