Volunteer Assistant Coach – Rawlings Tigers Columbus, GA (12U & 11U) Rawlings Tigers Columbus is seeking a Volunteer Assistant Coach for our 12U & 11U teams. This role supports the Head Coach in running practices, developing players, and fostering a positive team culture. Responsibilities include assisting with drills, game-day operations, and player mentorship. Ideal candidates have a passion for baseball, strong communication skills, and a commitment to working with young athletes. Prior coaching experience is preferred but not required. As part of a nonprofit organization, we can offer volunteer hours that may count toward high school or college credit. This is an unpaid position with opportunities for coaching development and access to Rawlings Tigers resources.
