As a Crushing Operator in heavy civil construction, you will be responsible for efficiently operating and maintaining crushing equipment for producing quality aggregate materials used in various construction projects. Your role will involve feeding and adjusting crushing operations with stackers, screens, jaw crushers, and impact crushers. In addition, you will operate loaders, excavators, and breakers to support the material handling and crushing processes.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a heavy civil construction setting, operating crushing and material handling equipment, and ensuring that all operations adhere to safety and quality standards.
What Will You Will Be Doing?
- Operate and adjust crushing plant equipment (e.g., jaw crushers, impact crushers, stackers, and screens) to produce high-quality aggregate materials for civil construction projects.
- Adjust crusher settings for different materials and project requirements to meet production and quality targets.
- Perform inspections, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs on equipment to ensure smooth operations.
What Are We Looking For?
- 2 years of experience operating crushing plants in heavy civil construction.
- Experience with jaw crushers, impact crushers, stackers, and screens.
- Knowledge of materials processing, safety regulations, and aggregate production.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to read project plans, schedules, and safety protocols.
