Concession Attendants Customer Service

Job Summary : We are seeking friendly and efficient Concessions Stand Attendants to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, handle cash transactions, and prepare and serve food and beverages at our concessions stand. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities : Customer Service : Greet and assist customers with a positive and friendly attitude. Sales Transactions : Handle cash, credit card, and other transactions accurately and efficiently. Food Preparation : Prepare and serve food and beverages according to health and safety standards. Inventory Management : Monitor and restock inventory as needed, ensuring all items are readily available. Cleanliness : Maintain cleanliness and organization of the concessions stand, including food preparation and serving areas. Compliance : Adhere to all food safety regulations and company policies. Team Collaboration : Work cooperatively with other team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience. Qualifications : Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale (POS) system. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Basic math skills for handling transactions. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and carrying. Work Environment : This is a part-time or full-time position.
