About the Role
Raxis Engineering, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive MEP Construction Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, either in construction or design, and will play a key role in ensuring quality and coordination across our projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee active construction projects, including:
- Attending construction meetings
- Conducting field surveys
- Reviewing submittals and responding to RFIs
- Providing on-site clarifications as needed
- Perform internal quality control by reviewing engineering plans prior to client submission
- Conduct utility service investigations and coordinate applications with water, sewer, gas, and electrical utility providers
- Visit project sites as necessary to support investigations or clarify scope
Qualifications
- Experience in MEP construction and/or MEP design
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities across several active projects
- Willingness to travel locally for short-duration site visits
Preferred (Not Required)
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
- Project Management certification
- Construction Management certification
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Rate: $30–$35 per hour (equivalent to $62,400–$72,800 annually)
- Bonuses: Quarterly performance-based bonuses tied to project margins and employee performance
