The Role
This position combines the creativity and community-focused mindset of a Growth Marketing Manager with the drive and tenacity of a Sales professional. You will work across a broad range of initiatives, from growth marketing on social platforms to end-to-end sales outreach with game developers. You will report directly to the CCO and shadow them on strategic partnerships, including closing deals with AAA developers and other strategic partners—a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to accelerate your career growth at an unprecedented pace.
Key Responsibilities :
Social Media & Community Marketing
- Develop and execute engaging social media strategies to increase brand awareness and user engagement, especially among Gen Z.
- Foster strong relationships with users, influencers, and brand ambassadors. Previous experience with Discord is a plus
- Assist in creating compelling content for various communication channels, ensuring messaging aligns with the Ray brand voice.
