JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a part-time (15 to no more than 29 hours / week) QuickBooks accountant to join our professional team. The ideal candidate will manage our financial operations using QuickBooks Enterprise, handle payroll processing, and support our growing practice while learning from our retiring accountant.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
- Process bi-monthly payroll and monthly client billing cycles
- Manage accounts payable and receivable in QuickBooks Enterprise
- Handle collections follow-up and maintain client accounts
- Prepare financial reports for external CPA firm
- Track billable hours and project costs
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation
