The Fertilizer and Chemical Applicator position at Ray-Carroll County Grain Growers is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about agriculture and customer service. As a key member of our agronomy team, you will be responsible for applying agronomy products to customer fields and ensuring their crops receive the best possible treatment.
Responsibilities
- Apply agronomy products to customer fields, including dry and liquid fertilizer, chemicals, lime, and NH3.
- Maintain and record equipment maintenance, tending equipment, NH3 equipment, pickups, and side-dress equipment.
- Record daily application logs and assist with inventory measurement and counting.
Requirements
- Reliable vehicle for transportation to and from work.
- Valid state motor vehicle license and 20/20 vision in both eyes (with corrective lenses if applicable).
- 1 year of experience as an applicator or farming background.
