Key Responsibilities
- Operate all equipment and vehicles according to company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal laws.
- Ensure safety compliance through plant inspections, custom applicator inspections, near-miss reporting, and direct communication with location management.
- Maintain and record equipment maintenance, tending equipment, NH3 equipment, pickups, and side-dress equipment.
- Record daily application logs and assist with inventory measurement and counting.
Requirements
- Reliable vehicle for transportation to and from work.
- Valid state motor vehicle license and 20/20 vision in both eyes (with corrective lenses if applicable).
- 1 year of experience as an applicator or farming background.
