BMW, MINI, and Lexus White Plains/Larchmont are seeking an experienced Title Clerk/DMV Biller to join our team! As a key member of our accounting office, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of title and registration paperwork, as well as managing DMV billing.
Responsibilities
- - Process title and registration paperwork accurately and efficiently
- - Manage DMV billing and ensure timely payment
- - Maintain accurate records and reports
- - Collaborate with sales and finance teams to ensure seamless processing
- - Provide exceptional customer service
Qualifications
- - 2 years of accounting office experience in an automobile dealership
- - Reynolds and Reynolds experience necessary
- - Strong organizational and time management skills
- - Self-motivated, team-oriented, and no-excuses attitude
- - Ability to work some Saturdays as required
- - Background check and drug testing is required. Marijuana is not a disqualifier.
