Description:
Ray Graham Association (RGA) is seeking a full-time Animal Caretaker to assist with the daily upkeep of their barn and animals in the Therapeutic Horsemanship program. This role is essential in providing therapeutic experiences for children and adults with disabilities through horse riding and interaction with farm animals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Feed and groom horses and farm animals while maintaining a clean barn and stable.
- Turn horses out to pasture and prepare them for riding lessons or other program use.
- Clean stalls and barn facilities.
- Monitor supplies and materials.
- Repair and maintain the physical structures of the riding arena, barn, pasture/paddocks, bridle path, and exterior equipment and surfaces.
- Uphold the Mission & Values of the Association.
