Ray Graham Association’s Emerge Behavioral Health Clinic is seeking passionate, empathetic, and dynamic mental health professionals to join our team working with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As a mental health professional within RGA’s Emerge behavior health clinic, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive evaluations and treatment plans aimed at a holistic approach of providing services to promote long-term health and wellness for those we support.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field
- Bilingual (Spanish) speaking required
- Prefer a candidate currently enrolled in a master's program or seeking licensure, but not required
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to show compassion to others
- Passionate in promoting mental health and wellness
- Strong written skills, and ability to accurately report information
