Bilingual Resource Coordinator/QIDP/SDA

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a bilingual Resource Coordinator/SDA. As a Resource Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing support to individuals with disabilities who are self-directing their services.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with disabilities in managing their self-directed services
• Provide guidance and support to individuals in making informed decisions about their services
• Assist with the development and implementation of individualized service plans
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of services provided
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and policies
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure the highest quality of care is provided

Salary

Starting wage $21.18/hr.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or related field
• 1 or more years' experience working with individuals with disabilities required
• Knowledge of self-directed services and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
