We are seeking a skilled Paralegal to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to our legal team, focusing on personal injury law and litigation financing. The job requires in person work but there is a lot of flexibility to work from home from time to time if needed.
Responsibilities
- Draft Pleadings and Discovery
- Prepare and organize legal documents for personal injury cases.
- Manage case files, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Communicate with clients to gather information and provide updates on case progress.
- Obtain medical records and bills..
- Draft contracts and other legal documents under attorney supervision.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a paralegal or in a similar role within a legal environment.
- Strong knowledge of personal injury law is preferred.
- Familiarity with case management software such as FileVine.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
