This compliance field position is full-time, Monday Friday, 40 hours per week, from 8am - 5 pm, located onsite at our Springfield office. Flexible hybrid work schedule may become available after completion of training and attaining competency per company policy.
A day in the life of a PROFESSIONAL Consumer Helpdesk Representative:
We are looking for someone with strong communication skills as well as the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Successful candidates should have computer experience and phone proficiency (inbound/outbound calls), attention to detail, and high level of accuracy with data entry. Responsibilities include:
- Taking inbound and outbound calls, negotiating and setting up payments.
- Gathering and sending pertinent information as needed to the appropriate parties through both electronic and paper correspondence.
- Assisting consumers resolve disputed accounts appropriately and in a timely manner
- Working with consumers, attorneys, and other third parties via phone, email, mail and well as online portal interface.
PROFESSIONAL Consumer Helpdesk Representative qualifications:
- AA preferred;
- Must type a minimum of 35 words per minute;
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,) and Internet Explorer;
- Prior experience working in Health Record Systems, such as Epic, Cerner and Medtech, preferred.
