Ray Labbe & Sons is seeking an experienced and motivated asphalt paver operator to join our team for the upcoming season, starting in April. We are a family owned and operated sitework and paving construction company that has been providing the greater Mid-Coast area of Maine with quality services and products since 1955. This is a full-time position with benefits including paid vacations, holidays, retirement plan and employee health, vision, dental & life insurance. As well as a yearly boot allowance.
We are a progressive company dedicated to providing opportunities and security for our employees. We focus on working in the greater Mid-Coast Maine area which allows all of our employees to return home in the evenings. Traveling which requires overnight stays is not anticipated. Wages commensurate with experience.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of paver operation experience. Must be a dependable and motivated individual who works well with others. You also must have a willingness to represent the company in a safe and professional manner. Resumes are appreciated but not mandatory.

Pay: $22.00 - $32.00 per hour
