Ray Labbe & Sons is seeking experienced and motivated Paving Crew personnel to fill several positions on our paving crew. We are a family owned and operated sitework and paving construction company that has been providing the greater Mid-Coast area of Maine with quality services and products since 1955. This is a full-time position with benefits including paid vacations, holidays, and sick time. In addition we provide a retirement plan with company contribution and employee health, vision, dental, short term disability, and life insurance. As well as a yearly boot allowance.
Requirements
We are seeking experienced paving roller operators and experienced rakers. Individuals applying for these positions should be motivated, flexible, and able to follow directions in a safe and competent manner. Must be a team player and have a willingness to help out with any task that is necessary to complete a project.
