Job Description: We are seeing a Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for our customers in need of vehicle maintenance and repairs. As a Service Advisor you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our customers while effectively communicating with both the service team and customers. You will be the liaison between our customers and the technicians, ensuring that all service needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately write Repair Orders
- Advise customers on necessary services and repairs, providing clear explanations and cost estimates
- Schedule service appointments and follow ups
- Maintain communication with customers throughout the service process, updating them on the status of their vehicles
- Provide a high level of customer service
Requirements:
- Prior experience in the automotive industry is preferred but not required
- Customer Service Above All Else
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Valid driver's license
