COMPANY PROFILE:
Ray-Mont Logistics is a dynamic organization focused on becoming the essential link in the international business logistics supply chain. We provide various operational logistics services such as loading, transportation and storage of surplus products.
Schedule: 7am to 3pm
Main Task:
- In a team of 3 guys, the GL is responsible of pulling as many 100lbs grain bags from an incoming unit onto a strap conveyor.
- The main task is repetitive and extremely demanding, from a physical standpoint. However, the job is easy to learn and most importantly, the compensation is great.
Conditions
Your Bag to Bag Operator salary will be decided on piece rate, dependent on the number of bags completed. You’re working in a team of 3 guys, and the more bags you do, the better is your pay. This strictly correlates with our business needs. If, we have the necessary material to pay one by piece, we will do so. This is going to be steady all year long. But, in the event that we do not have the necessary material for a full 40 hour work week, we will find other tasks for one to accomplish and pay them a standard rate of $22 per hour in order for one to attain a 40 hour work week. You will be paid on an hourly basis and your position is classified as non-exempt. Because your position is non-exempt, you will be paid overtime work time worked in excess of 40 hours per workweek. As such, you are required to record all hours worked on your timesheets.

Requirements:
- You must be in good shape and physical condition to do this job;
- You shouldn’t be afraid to work outside, no matter if it rains, if it’s warm or cold;
- You are comfortable with repetitive tasks
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to $50.00 per hour
The average is around $400 per day with possibility of up to $700 per day.
