What You’ll Do :
Understand and ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty and policy procedures.
Monitor technicians’ daily productivity reports and corresponding payroll records.
Establishes and maintains good working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.
Establishes and maintains good working relationships with vocational technical schools to enhance personnel recruitment activities.
What You’ll Need
Previous experience as a service advisor or technician is important.
