What You’ll Do:
- Wash vehicle exterior, clean interior and exterior windows, wipe down doorjambs, wax and buff when needed.
- Clean/vacuum upholstery, rugs, and other surfaces using appropriate cleaning agent, applicators, and cleaning devices.
- Apply revitalizers, special-purpose cleaners, and preservation agents to interior vinyl or leather surfaces and treat fabrics with spot – and stain – resistant chemicals. Apply dressing on tires and tire wells.
- Inspect vehicles for noticeable defects, such as dents, scratches, torn upholstery, and poor mechanical operation. Report these to used car manager.
- Restore appearance of engine area, rugs and upholstery, and painted surfaces, by using touch-up paint, dyes, and other appropriate materials.
- Use proper eye, hand, and body protection when using products that require protection. Operate all tools, equipment, and vehicles in a safe manner.
- Maintain showroom and stock vehicles in clean and presentable condition at all times. Ensure proper stickers are displayed in the vehicle.
- Keep work area neat and clean.
- Additional duties as needed by manager
What You'll Need:
- Valid Driver’s License
- Clean driving record
- High school diploma or GED
- Great attitude and focus on customer satisfaction
- Strong communication skills
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Ability to pass pre-employment testing including a background check
- Previous experience is a plus
