Ray Price Cars is looking for a service / parts representative to join our growing Chevrolet team! Dealership or aftermarket automotive experience is great but NOT required - you'll be trained in all processes and assist both the parts and service departments. This position is a good stepping stone to a career in parts, service, or management.
What You’ll Do :
Assist the Service Manager and Parts Manager with completing parts orders and repair orders
Assist the service department including : writing repair orders, keeping customers informed of repair status, collecting payments, and interacting with customers during their service visit
Help answer phones for the department
Assist the parts department including : unloading and stocking recent shipments, tracking incoming and outgoing parts, locating available parts when the dealership is out of stock, collecting payments, packaging and shipping parts back to the manufacturer
What You’ll Need
Must have at least 1 years’ experience in customer service
- Must have computer proficiency; will be trained on the dealerships computer system
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
- Excellent communication skills

All potential employees must pass a pre-employment testing including a background check
