Ray Quinney & Nebeker, a large and respected Salt Lake City law firm, has an opportunity for an associate attorney to join its real estate practice.
Qualified candidates will have three to five years of broad experience in commercial real estate, mortgage lending, real estate development and leasing transactions and acquisitions. Experience with land use planning, environmental, natural resources, and water law is helpful but not required.
Ideal candidates must have excellent academic credentials, demonstrate a high degree of ethics and professionalism, and be a responsive team player with good judgment. Candidates must be a member of the Utah Bar or have the ability and commitment to gain licensure immediately after hire.
