Grocery Stocker

Ray's Apple Markets located in Beloit, KS is hiring for both a part-time and full-time Grocery Stocker!

Ray's is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Stocking Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our store is well-stocked and organized, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean shopping environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong inventory control skills and be comfortable using various tools and equipment, including RF scanners and forklifts.

Responsibilities:

• Stock shelves and displays with products in an organized manner.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory control processes.
• Use RF scanners to track stock levels and manage product placement.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and locating products.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store, including aisles, shelves, and storage areas.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient stocking operations.
• Assist in retail sales by promoting products and engaging with customers.

Experience:

• Previous experience in retail or stocking roles is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with inventory control systems and practices would be great.
• Ability to operate forklifts or willingness to learn is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
• Experience using RF scanners or similar technology is beneficial.
