About the Role
We are hiring an experienced and results-driven Aerospace Sales Manager for our direct client. This role involves spearheading sales efforts for aerospace parts and components, driving revenue growth, and fostering long-term relationships with key industry players. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in aerospace sales, a proven track record of achieving sales targets, and the ability to identify and seize new market opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in the aerospace market, focusing on parts and components.
- Build and nurture relationships with aerospace OEMs, Tier 1 / Tier 2 suppliers, and other strategic partners.
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with the client's business objectives and market goals.
- Perform market research to analyze trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Use knowledge of aerospace components to provide clients with tailored solutions and technical support.
- Manage the proposal process, negotiate contracts, and ensure favorable outcomes for both the client and the customer.
- Partner with internal teams (engineering, operations, supply chain) to ensure seamless execution of customer orders and satisfaction.
- Monitor sales metrics, create reports, and share insights with leadership to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure sales activities adhere to industry regulations, including export control laws such as ITAR and EAR.
Qualifications
5 years of aerospace sales experience, particularly in parts or components.
In-depth knowledge of aerospace parts, components, and systems.
Flexibility to travel as needed.
