Workers' Compensation Attorney Hybrid Remote

We are seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented Attorney to manage and resolve a caseload of 200-250 workers' compensation cases of varying complexity. The ideal candidate will have strong legal research, negotiation, and communication skills, along with experience handling cases before the WCAB, including Status Conferences, MSCs, Expedited Hearings, Lien Conferences, and Trials.
Key Responsibilities:- Independently manage a full caseload while ensuring timely and effective case resolution.
- Lead a dedicated legal team, including a Case Administrator and Legal Assistant.
- Conduct legal research, draft motions, and negotiate settlements.
- Represent clients at hearings, conferences, and trials before the WCAB.
- Maintain strong client communication and provide strategic case guidance.
- Work efficiently in a paperless office environment with cloud-based technology.
- Licensed Attorney with experience in Workers' Compensation law.
- Prior experience managing cases before the WCAB.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- Spanish-speaking skills are a plus but not required.
