Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee case files from inception to resolution , ensuring compliance with legal procedures and deadlines.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research , draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests / responses, and legal correspondence .
- Advocate for clients in depositions, motion hearings, arbitrations, mediations, and trials .
- Engage in settlement negotiations and dispute resolution with opposing counsel and insurance carriers.
- Maintain proactive and professional communication with clients, insurance adjusters, and witnesses.
- Work closely with senior attorneys and legal teams to develop effective case strategies and defense plans .
