Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee case files from inception to resolution ensuring compliance with legal procedures and deadlines.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research draft pleadings motions discovery requests / responses and legal correspondence .
- Advocate for clients in depositions motion hearings arbitrations mediations and trials .
- Engage in settlement negotiations and dispute resolution with opposing counsel and insurance carriers.
- Maintain proactive and professional communication with clients insurance adjusters and witnesses.
- Work closely with senior attorneys and legal teams to develop effective case strategies and defense plans .
