Litigation Associate / Lateral Attorney

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Litigation Associate or Lateral Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex litigation matters, collaborating with experienced attorneys in a supportive and professional environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, passionate about litigation, and committed to providing exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:- Represent clients in business disputes, commercial litigation, and real estate matters.
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and court documents.
- Engage in all phases of discovery, including drafting and responding to discovery requests and conducting depositions.
- Develop and execute litigation strategies aligned with client objectives.
- Participate in settlement negotiations, mediations, and trial preparation when necessary.
- Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients throughout their case.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active bar membership in Virginia.
- At least two years of litigation experience, preferably in business, commercial, or real estate disputes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Excellent organizational and case management skills.
