The team works with a wide variety of clients, including utilities and energy companies, to help them address the evolving challenges in the energy sector, including the transition to renewable energy sources, the development of clean energy infrastructure, and ensuring that energy remains affordable for communities and businesses.

- Navigating Energy Transitions: Work on high-profile cases involving the energy transition, including siting transmission lines, planning for clean energy mandates, acquiring renewable generation, and decarbonized fuels.
- Policy and Compliance Support: Assist clients in staying compliant with state and federal energy regulations, including those related to emissions reductions, renewable energy adoption, and energy efficiency initiatives.
- Legal Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth legal research on energy law, regulatory policy, and administrative procedures. Provide actionable insights that help clients navigate regulatory environments effectively.
- Drafting Legal Documents: Draft motions, briefs, memoranda, and other legal documents related to regulatory proceedings and litigation.
