Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze blueprints, specifications, and project requirements to develop precise and comprehensive cost estimates.
- Calculate material, labor, and equipment costs for concrete projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project budgets.
- Prepare and submit detailed bid proposals and cost breakdowns to clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project managers, clients, and suppliers to secure competitive pricing and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Identify potential risks, challenges, and opportunities for process improvement in project estimates.
- Ensure all estimates comply with industry standards, company guidelines, and safety regulations.
- Assist in negotiating contracts and tracking project budgets to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Concrete Estimator or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of concrete materials, construction methods, and current industry pricing.
- Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Stack, Bluebeam, ProEst) and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications with precision.
- Excellent mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities, with the capacity to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple estimates and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to close-out, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Coordinate with estimators, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks, delays, or cost overruns, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing timely updates and addressing concerns to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the estimating team to prepare bids and proposals, leveraging your knowledge of project costs and timelines.
- Ensure all projects comply with industry regulations, company policies, and safety protocols.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Management within the construction industry, preferably in concrete construction.
- Strong knowledge of concrete construction methods, materials, and project management best practices.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera, Microsoft Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret project data, budgets, and schedules.
