Land Development - Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee various land development projects. The ideal candidate is team-oriented, detail-focused, organized, and proficient with technology.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop land planning and site layout designs
- Review designs for water, sanitary sewer, paving, grading, drainage, and erosion control
- Oversee stormwater modeling and prepare calculation reports
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the design team
- Manage project budgets and permitting schedules
- Supervise and develop a design team
- Lead communication with clients, permitting authorities, sub-consultants, and contractors
- Prepare project proposals and secure client contracts
- Forecast project workload for the design team
- Ensure exceptional project delivery and client satisfaction
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 8 years of relevant experience
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) preferred
Salary : $92,900 - $120,400
