About the Role :
We are seeking a Litigation Attorney to join our legal team in Flower Mound TX . This is a fulltime onsite position where the attorney will handle a variety of civil litigation matters family law cases and estate planning disputes. The ideal candidate will have experience representing clients in court trials conducting depositions preparing legal motions and providing strategic legal counsel.
This role requires a detailoriented professional with strong litigation skills courtroom experience and a deep understanding of Texas civil law. The successful candidate must be capable of handling cases from initial consultation to final resolution while maintaining a clientfocused approach.
Key Responsibilities :
- Represent clients in civil litigation family law and estate planning disputes in both state and federal courts.
- Manage all aspects of litigation including drafting pleadings discovery motions and trial preparation.
- Conduct depositions hearings mediations and trials effectively.
- Provide legal counsel and develop case strategies tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate settlements and engage in alternative dispute resolution when applicable.
