About the Role :
We are seeking a Litigation Attorney to join our legal team in Flower Mound, TX . This is a full-time, on-site position where the attorney will handle a variety of civil litigation matters, family law cases, and estate planning disputes. The ideal candidate will have experience representing clients in court trials, conducting depositions, preparing legal motions, and providing strategic legal counsel.
This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong litigation skills, courtroom experience, and a deep understanding of Texas civil law. The successful candidate must be capable of handling cases from initial consultation to final resolution while maintaining a client-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities :
