We are looking for a Senior Associate Attorney with Personal Injury Litigation experience to join our well-established, award-winning firm with multiple offices across Florida. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly motivated, and possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a personal injury litigation caseload from inception through trial
- Handle depositions, hearings, and substantive motion practice
- Prepare and respond to discovery requests
- Develop and execute litigation strategies
- Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients in court
- Collaborate with legal teams and manage case progression efficiently
- 3 years of experience in Personal Injury Litigation (Plaintiff or Defense)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and legal research skills
- Exceptional time management and organization abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Experience with case management and litigation strategy
- Leadership and management experience is a plus
